FRIDAY INSIDE: 4:30PM to 6:30PM, 6:45PM to 8:45PM. 2 hour maximum.
SATURDAY INSIDE: 1:15PM to 3:15PM, 3:30PM to 5:30PM, 5:45PM to 7:45PM 2 hour maximum.
SUNDAY INSIDE: 1:15PM to 3:15PM, 3:30PM to 5:30PM. 2 hour maximum.
OUTSIDE SEATINGS: (the outdoor cafe will open on or about April 2, always weather permitting)

Between the town and state laws that apply to distilleries and the new requirements we must follow due to COVID-19, there are a lot of guidelines we must follow:
MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE PER TABLE/PARTY/GROUP:
We only have 4 socially distant tables inside and three socially distant tables outside (weather permitting). We have appropriately distanced our tables to allow every group enough space to meet social distancing requirements. This together with reduced guest capacity, and the flow of traffic, impacts our ability to seat groups larger than 4 people. Please note: Tables and chairs cannot be moved or combined in any way at any time.
CHILDREN: Children must be included in your reservation. We ask that children are always accompanied and monitored responsibly. Feel free to bring iPads or sitting games to keep children occupied.
20 MINUTE HOLD TIME: Your table will be given up after 20 minutes past your reservation time slot.
MENU AND ORDERING: Please refer to the QR-CODE on your table to find our menu to order. All orders must be submitted digitally/online. Credit cards only.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THE BARTENDER OR STAND AT THE BAR: As per the NJ State safety guidelines we must follow (1) do not order at the bar or from the bartender (2) Wait staff will bring beverages to seated patrons (3) Patrons may only consume beverages while seated.
NO BEER AT SILK CITY, NO COCKTAILS AT GHOST HAWK: Due to the type of license granted to NJ Distilleries and Breweries the Cocktails from Silk City must stay at Silk City and the Beers from Ghosthawk must stay at Ghosthawk.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED: We require all guests to wear a face mask when away from their table, moving around the distillery and visiting the restroom. Our servers will be wearing masks and sanitizing their hands regularly throughout their entire shift.
TABLE SANITATION: All tables will be cleaned and sanitized between reservations by our staff in accordance with all state guidelines. Hand sanitizer will be provided at each table.
ALL GLASSWARE IS DISPOSABLE: Please throw away all unwanted drink cups before you leave. All drink vessels are meant for single use only. Feel free to take your drink vessel home or dispose of it before leaving the distillery.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD? Due to the type of license granted to NJ Distilleries, we cannot serve food, but feel free to BYOF (bring your own food) or order in. Everyone knows Rutt's Hut + Silk City is a fantastic combination.
OUTSIDE - WEATHER PERMITTING: Outdoor reservations are weather permitting. Decisions for inclement (or too cold) weather closures will be at the sole discretion of Silk City Distillery
OUTSIDE - NO SMOKING: As per NJ state law, smoking is prohibited in any outdoor areas designated for the consumption of food and/or beverages. We also ask that any smoking be done far enough away from our cafe area to ensure other customers are not disturbed.

The Silk City Distillery is a active production distillery located in Clifton, NJ with an on-site tasting room and cocktail bar. Due to the type of license granted to NJ Distillers, we can only serve and sell cocktails made from the alcohol we produce in-house. This means when you visit us, the cocktails you consume have been curated by the very people who have distilled them.
**Above all, we ask for your patience and understanding while we adjust our business to best suit the needs of our customers while remaining safe for our customers and our staff.
